Hi guys, great podcast, have been listening with great interest since the beginning here in Australia. I am not an economist but am able to understand what you talk about as topics are explained in a logical and easy to understand way for dummies like me.

What about getting in someone like David McWilliams to discuss (debate) MMT with you? Chris, I have heard you say yo do not subscribe to the theory so would be good to hear your argument against it up against a proponent of the theory.

Please might we have the link to the research that underpinned Chris’s rant? It would seem to be compelling

Listened to Chris John's view (or rant) on the "consequence free decision-making" of anti vaxxers who don't pay for their actions. Please do a future podcast on the consequence free decision-making of the older generation in the housing market; a sector rife with spurious local objections, NIMBYism and absurdly low property tax.

Loving the podcasts. Any thoughts on China's creeping takeover of places like Sri Lanka,Rwanda,Barbados not too far from Miami and the billions they are investing in these places. As bad as things are ye always finish with optimistic thoughts. Happy Christmas Guys.

Great podcast guys, I think I have digested the entire back catalog at this stage! Was wondering if you had any thoughts on doing a podcast on the economic effects of declining birth rates? Particularly as Covid seems to be accelerating the trend downwards.

I'd love to see someone discuss (deeply, properly, philosophically the difference between "speculation" and "investment". Also taking into account things like the taxation dodging facilitated by various Governments! Race to the bottom?

And the role of various (amoral? discuss?) facilitators in banking, law, accountancy - who (to my mind) corruptly fund supposedly "public serving" elected representatives MP's etc in many countries. With a media that really deosn't focus on this overarching issue but prefer to concentrate on "point" - and often confected - issues like "wokeness". I wonder why?
