Feels to me that the elephant in the room is the inability of banks to repossess houses and resell. They have no way to recoup assets.As a noble society we have chosen to shield families from the pain of eviction. We all pay more to protect our citizens. Can't have it every way. Bankers are always ahead of regulation.
